Racket

Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Racket, a Telegram Mini App for running and playing racket-sport tournaments, provided by IP Efremova A. V. (an individual entrepreneur registered in Russia) ("we", "us"). Contact: club@badmclub.ru or @racket_app_bot. By using Racket you agree to these terms.

The service

Racket lets you create tournaments, register for them, run a draw, record results, and keep a rating. Playing and organising are free.

Your account

You sign in with Telegram; we do not issue passwords. You are responsible for what happens under your Telegram account, and for the accuracy of results you enter as an organiser.

Profi badges and Telegram Stars

Racket offers two optional purchases, both bought with Telegram Stars:

Each is a one-time purchase and is purely cosmetic — a badge on your profile and a way to support the app. Neither grants any competitive advantage, extra features, or priority: everything that affects play is free for everyone.

Refunds. If the badge was bought by mistake or did not work as described, message @racket_app_bot with /support and we will refund the Stars. A refunded badge is removed from your profile.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the text you enter — tournament names, venue names and descriptions. By entering it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it inside Racket (and in the tournament's listing, bracket and share links) for as long as that tournament record exists, purely so the app can show it to other players. We claim nothing beyond that, and we do not use your content for advertising.

Closing your account

You may stop using Racket and close your account at any time — in the app via Profile → Delete my account, by emailing club@badmclub.ru, or by sending /support to @racket_app_bot. Your profile is removed and your entries in completed tournaments are anonymised rather than erased, so other players' brackets and results stay correct — see the Privacy Policy for the detail. This does not affect your right to a refund of a Stars purchase. We may likewise suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Fair use

Do not use Racket to harass others, impersonate anyone, post unlawful or offensive content (including in tournament and venue names), or disrupt the service. Organisers must run their events honestly and record results truthfully. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Results, ratings and organiser discretion

Ratings are computed from recorded match results. An organiser may correct a result, and may record a score played under house rules that differ from the standard format — such results are flagged as irregular so the bracket stays an honest record. We do not arbitrate sporting disputes between players; the organiser of an event is responsible for it.

Availability

Racket is provided "as is". We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, lost results, or a tournament that did not go to plan.

Privacy

What we store and how to delete it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, the place of establishment of IP Efremova A. V., and disputes are subject to the courts there. If you use Racket as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Questions: @racket_app_bot or club@badmclub.ru.
